Who installs my air conditioner?
We work in partnership with ABC Bouwsupport, a company with over 30 years of experience in drilling and installation work.
Do you have technical questions? We’ve got the answers.
Can I choose the installation date myself?
Once your request has been approved, we will contact you within 24 hours to review your request together and schedule an installation date.
How long is the warranty period?
You receive a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty and a 2-year installation warranty.
The manufacturer’s warranty is provided through Olimpia Splendid, while the installation warranty is covered by Fresh Airco and ABC Bouwsupport.
Will someone visit in advance before the installer arrives?
Want to be sure if installation is possible at your location?
You can schedule a visit from a technical advisor for a one-time fee of €75. The advisor will review your request with you and help find a suitable solution. This includes checking for any additional work that may be required (such as removing a radiator, grounding an outlet, or neatly routing the condensate drain hose outside your wall).
